How do nasal strips work?
Nasal Strips work through spring tension and adhesion. When you press it on your nose, the adhesive holds it down firmly. The inside splints are pre-curved to be flatter than the shape of your nose. Once applied, they try to spring back to that flatter shape. This spring-back force gently pulls the skin on either side of your nose upward and outward. This widens the nasal valves, reducing airflow resistance and making breathing easier.
